The Dark Beach

Cold day,
Murky sea,
Shadowy sky,
Seagulls screeching,
Grainy sea,
Waves colliding at
my feet.

Waterless driftwood,
Dry seaweed,
boats rocking
side to side,
Fish hide behind the tide,

And wait for the sun to come out again

Fantastic poem Ruby. We loved your rhyming. we like how the sentences were short and snappy.

I like the large use of line breaks, it adds a nice flow
